Each Shop My Obsession item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or color choices.

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. If you have a question about sizing, we’re always happy to help before you order.

But if something isn’t right with your order, we absolutely want to know.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
