Return-Refund Policy
We have a 30 day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. See below for requirements and eligibility.
No return item fees.
No restocking fees.
No return shipping fees.
**To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags (when applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package, including a pre-paid shipping label.
Important factors to make note of:
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* No returns on sale items, including those in the 'Mark Downs' Collection as well as discounts/coupons (either discount code or automatically applied at checkout).
*Please also note, the approval process is only in place to ensure returns/refunds meet our refund policy requirements.
Rest assured, all qualifying returns will be handled appropriately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimsuits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Any purchases of the above mentioned categories are final-sale, non-returnable hence non- refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will be in touch once we’ve received and inspected your return to advise on the next steps. Upon approval (qualifies based on our guidelines), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
